Job Details
This is a contractual role for a skilled system engineer who will provide technical support for ICT systems across domestic sites, with occasional international travel. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills and be able to work independently or within a team.
* Technical Support: Provide technical support for ICT systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
* Network Infrastructure: Install and maintain client IT, network, and communications infrastructure.
* Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Requirements
* NV2 Security Clearance: Must have NV2 security clearance.
* Complex ICT Systems: Provide technical support for complex ICT systems.
* Desktop Support: Capable of installing and supporting end-user compute software and hardware.
* Printers: Capable of installing and troubleshooting printers and their software.
* UPS: Understanding of Uninterruptible Power Supply function and installation/maintenance.
* Physical Network and Server Infrastructure: Base understanding and operability of network and server devices and distribution cabling.
