Pigmentum French Polishers Pty Ltd is seeking a reliable and organised Office Administrator to support the daily operations of our business. The ideal candidate will be Australian, fluent in English, and legally permitted to work full time in Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations, correspondence, and record-keeping.
- Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and assist with bookkeeping tasks.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communication between management and staff.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and HR-related administration.
- Maintain office supplies and liaise with suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must be Australian citizen or permanent resident with full work rights.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administration, office support, or a similar role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of bookkeeping or accounting software (preferred but not essential).

Pay: $78,000.00 – $82,000.00 per year
