In this fast‐paced, multi‐property role, you'll manage individual and small group bookings, convert enquiries into confirmed stays, and help maximise occupancy and revenue - all while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage inbound reservation enquiries via phone, email, and online channels
* Convert leads into bookings through effective upselling and product knowledge
* Accurately process bookings and maintain system integrity across all cluster hotels
* Liaise with Sales, Events, and Front Office teams to ensure a seamless guest journey
* Contribute to achieving revenue, conversion, and customer satisfaction goals
About You
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* A keen eye for detail and accuracy in a fast‐paced environment
* Experience with hotel reservations systems (RESAweb, Opera, or similar preferred)
* A positive, proactive team player with a passion for delivering service excellence
