THE ROLE
* Rostering and supervising kitchen staff
* Overseeing ordering, food wastage and stocktake
* Food production and food safety
* Completing the ACADMA training provided by client
* Ensuring that kitchen staff training is up to date
THE PERSON
* Minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or relevant experience
* Strong communication skills and professional personal presentation
* Excellent food safety practice
* Strong work ethic - happy to work on your own sometimes but play a key role in the team
