Customer Service Representative – Revesby, NSW (12‐month fixed‐term contract).
Opal Fibre Packaging Australia provides a full service offering in corrugated cardboard box packaging, from design and product testing through to supply chain integration.
Responsibilities
* Providing ongoing support to both internal and external stakeholders.
* Managing cases within the CRM system to achieve recommended close‐out times and effective resolution for customers.
* Providing prompt communication to customers regarding order status when required.
* Ensuring customer queries are handled efficiently and to the customer's satisfaction.
* Developing solid ongoing relationships with customers.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a fast‐paced customer service and admin environment.
* Experience in using CRM systems is required (SAP or Microsoft Dynamics experience highly regarded).
* Experience working in a manufacturing/ warehousing/ FMCG setting highly regarded.
* Advanced level of attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
* Prioritization and problem‐solving skills.
* The ability to remain calm under pressure.
* Confidence in building relationships over the phone to resolve issues.
