About the Business Disability and Specialised Services is dedicated to delivering high-quality, rights-based services to over 1,000 South Australians.
We specialise in providing NDIS, Aged Care, and State-based community and residential services.

Role Details The General Manager, Client Engagement and Resourcing is a role within Disability and Specialised Services andis accountable to the Director, Projects and Business Support for:
• providing oversight and operational leadership of intake, eligibility, service agreement development andservice planning functions to ensure timely and person-centred access to services
• leading workforce and infrastructure planning to align staffing, facilities, and systems with current andfuture service delivery needs
• driving resource optimisation, workforce analytics and rostering to ensure services are efficient,sustainable, and aligned with client goals and funding arrangements.
