Trader & Co is a busy, well-known cafe + coffee roastery in Yass. We've built a loyal local following (nearly 10 years) and we're looking for a Barista / FOH Allrounder who's friendly, fast, and proud of doing things properly.

Clear expectations
You'll be someone who can jump between: - Making high-quality coffee + tea to our standards - Taking orders and processing payments (POS) - Running food/drinks, checking in on guests, offering more when it fits - Clearing/resetting tables fast so guests can sit down - Cleaning + dish support (clean-as-you-go, high hygiene standards) - Helping the team in peak periods ("Where do you need me?")

Hours
* Casual
* 3–5 days/week, including Saturdays
* Availability across Mon–Sat, 7:30am–5:30pm
* No evenings
