Capture the opportunity to take on a challenging role in operational tax management. As an Operational Tax Manager, you will oversee the operational tax function across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and the United States, ensuring compliance and driving efficiency.
Key responsibilities include maintaining expert knowledge of operational tax requirements, managing day-to-day operational tax functions, delivering critical tax reporting, advising on operating model improvements, and working with project teams to embed operational tax requirements into new products and system changes.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in operational taxes or a related regulatory environment within an international financial institution. They should possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills, confident in presenting to a range of audiences, and a proven ability to manage projects and deliver change.
