Join a national membership-based organisation undergoing a major business and digital transformation. This program includes the replacement of a legacy CRM, integration of multiple digital platforms (including Microsoft Dynamics and websites), and the consolidation of operating models across the organisation. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping future-state business processes and ensuring digital solutions enable meaningful, end-to-end change.
Key Responsibilities
* Business Process Re-Engineering
* Lead future-state-first business process design across core business areas.
* Analyse current-state processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
* Redesign processes to support a single, integrated operating model.
Discovery & Requirements
* Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with business, technology, and vendor stakeholders.
* Elicit, define, and prioritise critical business requirements, pain points, and opportunities.
* Translate process designs into clear user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
Digital & Technology Enablement
* Work across Microsoft Dynamics (CRM), websites, and digital integrations.
* Contribute to defining future-state process and solution design.
* Partner with delivery vendors to ensure solutions align with business needs.
Stakeholder & Delivery Management
* Engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders.
* Challenge assumptions and guide decision-making to achieve optimal outcomes.
* Support delivery planning, prioritisation, and issue resolution alongside the Program Manager.
* Ensure requirements are carried through to delivered, workable solutions.
About You
* 5+ years' experience as a Senior Business Analyst or Process Analyst in complex transformation programs.
* Strong background in business process re-engineering and future-state design.
* Experience working with CRM platforms (ideally Microsoft Dynamics) and digital ecosystems.
* Confident facilitator with the ability to manage complex and challenging stakeholders.
* Delivery-focused, outcome-oriented, and comfortable working in ambiguity.
* Proactive, organised, and able to take ownership end to end.
