We’re seeking passionate Youth Workers to support young people in residential homes and the community with layered health, emotional, or behavioural needs.

What You'll Be Doing:
* Providing day-to-day support, including personal care, meal prep, household tasks, and medication administration
* Support young people to build life skills and independence
* Building trusted relationships and providing emotional support and companionship
* Assisting with community participation through social outings, appointments, and recreational activities
* Working collaboratively with families, allied health professionals, and other support staff
* Following behaviour support plans and promoting positive behaviour strategies
About You:
* Cert III or IV in Community Services, Youth Work or a related qualification (or working towards it)
* Candidates currently enrolled in the required qualifications are welcome to apply
* Experience working in residential settings supporting young people
* Compassionate, calm, and reliable, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Willingness to support individuals with co-morbidities is highly regarded
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including sleepovers and weekends
* Current Blue Card, NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid and CPR, and a valid QLD driver's licence
* Entitlement to work in Australia
