The ideal candidate for this role will possess strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Key responsibilities include coordinating freight claims, creating customer credit memos and warranty claims, executing customer returns processes, monitoring and processing credit memos and customer refunds, and exporting and distributing daily/weekly reporting.
This is an entry-level position that requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in operations and administrative tasks. The successful candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and have knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications.
