In the role of Administration Assistant, you will undertake various organisational and sales administration duties to support our administration, marketing and customer service team and assist in the day-to-day operation of our busy sales department.
Day to day tasks include but are not limited to:
* Customer service (internal & external clients)
* Contract preparation
* Sale to settlement administration
* Listing and property marketing administration
* New business administration
* Calendar management
* Data entry and record keeping
* Filing, archiving and data entry
* General administrative and organisational tasks
The right candidate for this role will:
* Be well presented and punctual
* Be looking for a long-term fulfilling role in administration
* Be proficient in the Microsoft suite (preferred, but not essential)
* Be reliable and hardworking with a great attitude
* Possess a good level of reading, writing and communication skills
* Have a desire to learn and grow, with a good work ethic
This is a full-time, 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday, permanent position, based in our busy head office of Busselton. The salary will be as per the applicable award rate and the scope of the tasks and duties that are included within this role.
