The Role
This is a high-impact asset management role responsible for driving performance across a commercial office portfolio through strategic oversight and hands‐on execution.
You will take ownership of assets with clear opportunity to enhance income, occupancy and overall value, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Leasing & Income Optimisation
* Lead leasing strategies across the portfolio, drive agent performance and play a key role in negotiating transactions, renewals and restructures
* Asset Enhancement & Repositioning
* Identify and execute refurbishment and repositioning initiatives, deploying capital to improve asset appeal and performance
* Strategic Asset Planning
* Develop and implement asset strategies to improve occupancy, WALE and income profile while aligning with broader portfolio objectives
* Manage budgets, forecasts and performance, while preparing business cases and supporting investment decisions where required with exposure to acquisitions
* Stakeholder Management
* Oversee external property managers and leasing agents, while building strong relationships with tenants, consultants and internal teams
About You
You are a commercially astute asset management professional who enjoys taking ownership and driving outcomes in an active environment.
* 10+ years' experience in commercial asset management
* Strong track record leading leasing strategy and improving asset performance
* Experience delivering value‐add initiatives including repositioning or capital works
* Financially literate with an understanding of asset performance and returns
* Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders and execute decisions
