Job Description
* Creating and negotiating securities and facilities agreements
* Using legal and technical knowledge to create a business solution and advising clients promptly when problems arise during a deal
* Performing due diligence, which includes examining leases, presale contracts, and custom agreements and creating side agreements when needed
* Working together with the construction team to give clients building contract guidance
* Working closely with the Restructuring and Insolvency sub‐group regarding the guidance customers need to handle early defaults
* Settlement on PEXA or, if required, on paper
The Successful Candidate
* Must have worked as a banking and finance lawyer for one to three PQE years
* Proficiency in both written and spoken communication
* Be a cooperative team member who values the chance to advance professionally and exercise initiative
* Possess outstanding interpersonal skills and the capacity to establish rapport with clients, coworkers, and other stakeholders in a timely manner
* Track record of effectively managing deadlines and proactively setting team priorities
