The role
Join our award-winning team of Clinical Nursing and Midwifery Educators and Clinical Facilitators who work across the North West of Tasmania as patient safety guardians. We build the clinical skills of the whole multidisciplinary team to respond to patient deterioration. We develop innovative evidence-based programs to build the clinical competence of nurses across the spectrum of practice. Learn and grow with us.
You will need
* To be familiar with the Australian Nursing Standards Assessment Tools and curriculum frameworks
* Have a passion for undergraduate clinical nursing education
* The ability to lead the team of Clinical Facilitators

Details of appointment
Permanent, part time, day worker position, working 38 hours per fortnight, commencing from 6 April ****. Notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.

Salary
$114,851 to $121,886 per annum (Pro rata). Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount. Salary range is in accordance with Nurses and Midwives (Tasmania State Service) Agreement ****.
In addition, the following allowances calculated on the salaried incremental point may be available:
* Post Graduate Allowance of up to 10% based on qualification type

Essential criteria
* Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse
Desirable criteria
* Holds or is working towards post graduate qualifications in education and/or clinical teaching and learning.
* Holds or is currently working towards post graduate qualifications in the area of clinical/practice specialty as relevant to the position.
