PCs, network, servers, telephony, email, file sharing and collaboration infrastructureNFP Applications – corporate and service delivery systems including finance, HR, client/case management and CRMsData & Analytics for NFPs – data tools, infrastructure, analytics and reporting to measure activities, outputs, impacts and outcomesDigital marketing for NFPs – website, social media, electronic Direct Marketing and fundraisingIT management for NFPs – IT strategy/planning, budgeting, governance and business continuityArtificial Intelligence for NFPs – to unlock the power of AI for enhanced NFP impact while mitigating the associated risks in an increasingly complex marketplaceCyber security protections for NFPs – protect information from online threats and accidental disclosureOnline cyber safety for vulnerable communities – educate vulnerable community groups how to protect themselves from cyber security risks and common online scams, enabling people to feel safer and more confident online.Lead the development of training content (webinars & self-paced courses), leveraging content from Infoxchange partners, internal subject matter experts, including appropriate supporting resources (workbooks, digital guides, etc).Recruit and manage a small volunteer team to support training program delivery.Work with the Marketing / Communications team so they can effectively promote the training program.Manage the facilitation of training programs, learning from feedback to refine future programs and maximise impact/sustainability.Manage and maintain the Learning Management System, working with development teams to prioritise and implement potential enhancements.About youTo succeed in this role at Infoxchange, you will demonstrate:The ability to conceptualise, design and develop high quality blended learning artefacts to support digital (ICT) adoptionDesign high quality learner-centric digital learning experiences and resources (courseware and simulations using Articulate 360 (or similar) authoring toolBe skilled in undertaking training needs analysis and design activities for virtual instructor-led trainingHave proven skills and experience in delivery of training content in a Learning Management System such as Moodle.Deep knowledge of digital learning principles and practicesSkilled in writing guides and developing resources to support learning outcomesHigh level interpersonal and professional communication skills to work effectively with individuals and teams with different levels of technical knowledgeAbility to work effectively with digital Subject Matter ExpertsWell-developed organisational skills, including an ability to set priorities and to pursue tasks to deadline and manage multiple projects with variable timelinesWork well in a team environmentUnderstand and have experience/passion for working with digital technologies in the not-for-profit sector (or similar).What we offer:A great team to work with!A base salary of $110-120k plus superannuation and 17.5% annual leave loading.Salary packaging benefits to reduce your taxable income to put more money in your pocket (check out cbb.com.au).Other additional benefits.We’re passionate about taking care of our employees, so working with us means that you will also enjoy:Flexible work arrangements (including hybrid working)Additional leave provisions (paid parental leave supplement, annual leave loading)Health & wellbeing programBenefits for new parentsGreat learning and development opportunitiesEmployee reward and recognition programCarbon neutral officesPlus, at the end of the day, you can feel good knowing you’re working for an organisation that contributes to a fairer society.
