Wilson Security is expanding in the state of South Australia securing additional contracts that strengthen our presence in the region.
This growth has created new roles within our team, focused on enhancing response and support capabilities for our existing teams and clients.
These positions are crucial to our success in the region and will be supported by our Operations Team and Duty Managers. They offer the opportunity to work in response roles, handling events such as protests and emergency management, with training across multiple locations and a variety of positions.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Providing strong Customer Service solutions to visitors, contractors & client
* Gallery floor patrols – Authorised officer
* Proactively monitoring CCTV and Access Control Systems
* Conducting building patrols to actively report and mitigate security & safety risk
* Identifying and reporting hazards and building faults for rectification
* Providing support to tenants and Facilities
* Managing contractors and deliveries through dock management
* Responding to emergency situations
Who We Are Looking For

* Willing to support and step up as required into other roles
* Ability to work well in a team or autonomously
* Australian Citizen or hold Unlimited Work Rights
* Demonstrated ability to prepare and write reports
* Availability to and physical fitness to walk and stand for long periods
* Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
