ICT Project Coordinator Role Summary Project Coordination & Delivery Support Stakeholder Engagement Reporting & Documentation Work location: Negotiable client locations (Coffs Harbour, Southport or Ballina desirable) Contract role: 38 hours per week, immediate start. Role Purpose The successful candidate will support the client in the planning, coordination, and delivery of ICT services for a program of physical site fitouts and changes ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality workflow management and reporting. Key Responsibilities 1. Project Coordination & Delivery Support Coordinate ICT deliverables across multiple concurrent site fitout and change projects as well as monitoring progress against estimated timelines, budgets, and milestones. 2. Stakeholder Engagement Facilitate regular updates and ensure alignment with stakeholders and third-party service providers to support the client in achieving timely and quality outcomes. 3. Reporting & Documentation Maintain a detailed log of key project changes, decisions, and impacts to the client to ensure transparency and traceability. 4. Risk & Issue Management Identify, assess, and escalate risks and issues related to the deliverables, and develop remediation plans to address any issues. 5. Process Improvement & Best Practice Ensure adherence to ICT project management frameworks and standard operating procedures. 6. Vendor & Service Provider Coordination Monitor service-level commitments of third-party providers against contractual, stated, and industry-standard benchmarks. Coordinate stakeholder and third-party service provider deliverables to ensure they meet quality and timeline expectations as a unified service outcome. Skills & Experience Required Proven experience in ICT project coordination or project management roles. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Experience working in cross-functional environments involving multiple corporate functions and senior stakeholders. Proficiency in helpdesk systems (e.g., Fresh service) and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office, Atlassian Confluence). Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure. Understanding of ICT infrastructure and equipment installation projects in physical business environments.
