The role of Account Executive - Due Diligence and Private Equity involves joining a dedicated team responsible for managing insurance due diligence for clients undertaking mergers, acquisitions, divestments, and project financing activities.

This fast-paced position requires strong project skills and insurance knowledge to deliver reports, manage client information requests, and liaise with specialist brokers.

Key responsibilities include assisting senior brokers with report writing, premium calculations, and coordinating the day-to-day delivery of projects.

Engagement with transaction stakeholders, such as private equity firms, lawyers, and investment banks, is crucial for developing relationships and delivering projects on time.

A successful candidate will possess excellent administrative and support skills, along with experience in an Account Executive, Account Broker, or Underwriting role working with corporate and/or global clients.

They must also have sound oral and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a proactive approach.

Strong interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution and negotiation, are essential for building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.

* Tier 1 Insurance qualification
