Make a Difference Every Day…
As an Accounts Payable Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth hospital operations by:
* Manages professional practice in accordance with all St Andrew's Hospital policies and procedures.
* Ensures accuracy & timeliness in the processing of creditor's and sundry invoices.
* Assumes responsibility for reconciling creditor statements with processed invoices.
* Prepares & completes weekly and monthly electronic payment runs in a timely manner.
* Ensures all invoices are authorised.
* Ensures all clerical tasks are completed for the Accounts Payable area, including filing.
* Performs further duties as directed by the Financial Controller.
Essential Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a similar role.
