We are seeking Expressions of Interest for an experienced Fuel Logistics Manager to lead and oversee our fuel operations based in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia.
This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of fuel across regional and remote operations.
About the Role
Reporting to senior management, the Fuel Logistics Manager will be responsible for:
* Managing day‑to‑day fuel logistics operations, including scheduling and delivery
* Leading and supporting drivers and operational staff
* Ensuring compliance with NHVR, fatigue management, Chain of Responsibility (CoR), and safety requirements
* Overseeing contractor and supplier relationships
* Monitoring operational performance, costs, and efficiencies
* Managing incidents, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Ensuring accurate documentation, reporting, and record keeping
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
* Proven experience in fuel, transport, or logistics management
* Strong knowledge of heavy vehicle compliance, fatigue management, and safety systems
* Demonstrated leadership and people management experience
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* A proactive, solutions‑focused approach
* Experience working in regional or remote environments (highly regarded)
