Contractor – Finance Systems / CRM Invoicing Project - Min 3 months

Omega Medical is a healthcare recruitment company with offices in Sydney and the Gold Coast. We are looking for a contractor to assist with a short-term project to improve and streamline our invoicing processes.
The role
We currently use a manual invoicing process that we are looking to streamline by transitioning into Eclipse, our CRM. The goal is to establish clear, reliable processes that support the finance and operations team.
As the contractor, you will:
Review our current invoicing workflow
Learn and understand our Eclipse CRM setup
Design and implement invoicing processes within the system
Provide training and handover to staff
Document procedures for ongoing use
About you
You will bring:
Experience in finance systems, CRM invoicing, or process improvement projects
Strong attention to detail and ability to map and streamline workflows
Hands-on approach with the ability to deliver practical solutions
Experience in the recruitment or healthcare sector would be an advantage but not essential
Contract details
Short-term contract (expected 2–3 months)
Flexible working arrangements, with a mix of Sydney office presence and remote work
Competitive daily rate, negotiable based on experience
