4ward Fabrications is a growing Western Australian steel fabrication and installation company servicing residential, commercial and industrial clients across the Perth metro area.
We pride ourselves on professionalism, problem solving, quality workmanship and maintaining a positive, team-oriented culture. As our business continues to evolve, we are seeking a reliable and motivated Operations Coordinator to become an integral part of our office and operations team.
This is not simply an administration role. We are looking for someone who wants to contribute to the growth and organisation of a developing business, take ownership of their responsibilities and become a valued long-term member of the team.
About the Role
Working closely with management and site crews, this role will assist in coordinating the day-to-day operational and administrative functions of the business.
Responsibilities will include:
* General office administration and coordination
* Assisting management with scheduling works and coordinating crews
* Assisting with ordering materials, consumables and site requirements
* Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors and clients
* Booking contractors and coordinating project requirements
* Processing crew write-ups into draft invoices
* Scanning, filing and maintaining documentation and records
* Professional phone and email communication
* Liaising with external bookkeeping support
* Ordering uniforms, stationery and office amenities
* Producing and maintaining equipment and compliance registers
* Occasional local pickups/deliveries for incidental items
* Learning to interpret engineering drawings to assist with invoicing and job tracking
* Supporting the continual improvement of office systems and operational procedures

Salary
An attractive remuneration package of up to $85,000 + super (pro-rata if applicable) will be negotiated with the successful candidate based on experience, capability and overall suitability for the role.
