What You'll Do
Drive New Business: Maintain high sales activity levels to build a strong pipeline and secure new business opportunities.
Territory Management: Develop a deep understanding of your territory and customer base, identifying key opportunities and challenges.
Customer Engagement: Cultivate and uphold positive connections with senior executives across Government and Enterprise sectors.
Solution Selling: Represent Optus' full suite of ICT products and services, delivering tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and service delivery.
Account Strategy: Develop and implement strategic account plans to enhance customer share of wallet and happiness.
Reporting & Systems: Maintain accurate records in Optus systems (e.g., SMART) and provide timely reporting to leadership.
What You'll Bring
Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally within the ICT or telecommunications sector.
Proficient familiarity with the landscape of Government and Enterprise.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaborator engagement skills.
Analytical thinking with the ability to balance various tasks and produce results.
Proficient in CRM and reporting systems, with a data-driven approach.
