The opportunity
Delaware North Australia is hiring a Premium Services Manager to join our team at Marvel Stadium. As Premium Services Manager, you'll be responsible for the delivery of all food and beverage operations across the Medallion Club, including restaurants and corporate suites. In this leadership role, you will work closely with the Food and Beverage Manager Operations to lead a high‐performing team, drive strong financial outcomes, and ensure every member and guest enjoys an exceptional premium experience.

What will you do?
* Lead the delivery of premium food and beverage services across Medallion Club restaurants, lounges and corporate suites
* Drive operational performance against financial plans, including labour, food cost controls and profit margins
* Lead, coach and support the Medallion Club management team to deliver consistent service excellence
* Build strong engagement across teams, addressing performance issues while fostering a positive, high‐performance culture
* Ensure service standards consistently exceed expectations for members, VIPs and corporate guests
More About You
* Management experience within a premium food and beverage or events environment
* Experience collaborating with member‐based clientele, VIPs or corporate guests (highly regarded)
* Strong leadership capability with proven ability to motivate and empower teamsDemonstrated understanding of labour management and food cost control
* Exceptional attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skills
* Ability to think on your feet, forward plan and thrive in a fast paced event environment
