LEAD Childcare Southport are searching for a SUPERSTAR Centre Manager to join their family.
About your EXCITING new career
- Leading a team of dedicated and passionate Educators to create a safe and secure environment where children are supported and encouraged to be engaged, creative and curious.
- Guiding the day-to-day operations of the Centre alongside your Centre Leadership Team.
- Communicate directly with our experienced and supportive Head Office Team, General Manager and Approved Provider.
- You will participate in Quarterly Centre Manager professional development conferences.
- We encourage all of our staff to use their voice We encourage you to contribute and embed the Vision, Mission and Philosophy of LEAD Childcare.
- You will support a team of passionate Educators to implement programs, policies and procedures.
- Create long lasting connections with our families and staff as well as the wider community.
- Support the Centre to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards.
What you will need to SUCCEED
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and care (Or actively working towards).
- A passion for providing high quality education and care for our youngest family members
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a community of like-minded professionals
- Sound understanding of the Reggio Emilia approach, Early Years Learning Framework, National Regulations and National Quality Standards
- Current First Aid certificate (HLTAID004) **Not essential but must be willing to obtain**:
- Current CPR certificate (HLTAID001) **Not essential but must be willing to obtain**:
- Current Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management Training certificate **Not essential but must be willing to obtain**:
- Current Working with Children check (or Blue Card), as required under the legislation **Not essential but must be willing to obtain**:
- Current Child Protection Certificate. **Not essential but must be willing to obtain**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: $40.86 - $41.79 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 38 per week
