Turn vision into action for women's programs that matter

TDC are seeking a Women's Centre Program Coordinator ready to lead the planning, coordination and delivery of culturally safe, women-centred programs that strengthen creative, social and economic participation. The role oversees the day-to-day operations of the Women's Centre and the coordination of commercial art, screen printing and textile production activities, supporting women to develop marketable products, build skills and engage in meaningful pathways to income generation.

* Administration, Reporting & Continuous improvement

About You:

* Demonstrated experience coordinating community, women's, creative, or production programs
* Experience or understanding of art, textiles, screen printing, or creative industries
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Demonstrated cultural competence and commitment to culturally safe practice
* Well-developed organisational and coordination skills
* Sound operational and administrative capability
* Ability to manage competing priorities
* Resilience and calmness in complex environments
* Intermediate computer skills (data entry, reporting, budgeting tools)
* Commitment to women-centred, strengths-based, and trauma-informed practice

Desirable

* Experience working with Aboriginal organisations or communities
* Experience supporting commercial art, creative enterprise, or product development
* Practical skills that add capacity (art, textiles, craft, trades, business support, etc.)

Other Requirements

* National Police Check.
* Northern Land Council Work and Residential Permits.
* Northern Territory (Working with Children) Ochre Card.
* Minium C class drivers' licence.
