We are looking for a skilled Python Developer specializing in AI/ML and Core Networking to support critical network transformation, automation, and analytics initiatives.
In this role, you will work across complex telecom core network domains—including 4G/5G Core, IMS, EPC, Transport, and real-time telemetry systems to design scalable automation frameworks, AI/ML models, and advanced data pipelines. Your expertise will be instrumental in enabling predictive analytics, network anomaly detection, performance forecasting, and intelligent operational insights that support next-generation network evolution.

Salary: AUD 108,571– 119,893 Annual Gross
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Design and develop Python-based automation frameworks for telecom core networks.
* Build AI/ML models for network anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, and traffic forecasting.
* Develop data processing pipelines for KPIs, alarms, CDRs, traces, and telemetry.
* Integrate ML-driven workflows with OSS, NMS, and orchestration platforms.
* Automate configuration, provisioning, and network workflows for 4G/5G environments
* Hands-on ML/AI experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
* Experience working with telecom data (CDRs, PCAP, KPIs, alarms).
* Strong understanding of 4G/5G Core, IMS, EPC.
* Experience with API development and cloud environments.
Preferred:
* Experience with Google Analytics/AI.
* Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD.
* Experience integrating ML with OSS/BSS platforms.
