What You'll Be Doing:
As a Digital Optimisation Manager, you'll lead web production and digital initiatives that shape exceptional online experiences for consumers and specifiers. This role combines creativity and strategy driving best-in-class practices, managing projects, and collaborating across teams to deliver seamless, engaging digital journeys.
Your impact will be clear: using data insights to boost conversions, enhance UX, and optimise content for SEO. You'll work closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to bring innovative ideas to life and elevate our brand presence. What We're Looking for:
* Proven expertise: 6+ years in web production, customer experience, UX, or service design roles.
* Digital savvy: Strong technical proficiency in digital products, SEO, analytics, and online campaigns.
* Data-driven mindset: Skilled in turning analytics into actionable insights using tools like Google Analytics.
* Content leadership: Extensive experience with CMS platforms (Contentful and Umbraco preferred).
* Collaborative communicator: Ability to work across diverse teams and present confidently to stakeholders.
* Marketing know-how: Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, SEO, and UX best practices.
* Strategic multitasker: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
