Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as an Agricultural Operations Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cropping and plant operations, with the ability to manage all aspects of the dryland cropping cycle.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating tractors, air seeders, spreaders, and other equipment for planting crops. They will also be expected to apply pesticides and herbicides using a 4450 Patriot sprayer, as well as use chemical equipment to apply fertilisers.

Requirements:
* Minimum of two years of relevant cropping experience
* Spraying expertise
* Mechanical aptitude
* Ability to maintain machinery and infrastructure

Working Conditions:
The farm features modern CASE IH and New Holland machinery, as well as a newly constructed set of Proway sheepyards. Various accommodation options are available on the farm or in Temora.
