Overview
Account Manager – Consumer Electronics An exciting opportunity has become available for an ambitious Account Executive or Account Manager ready to take the next step in their career, working across some of Australia's most recognised big-box retail customers. This role supports and manages key national retail accounts including JB Hi-Fi, Harvey Norman and Officeworks, working closely with internal teams to drive sales performance, execute range and promotional activity, and build strong customer partnerships.
Key responsibilities
* Support and manage day-to-day relationships with major retail customers
* Assist in the delivery of joint business plans, promotional activity and ranging
* Sales reporting, forecasting and analysis to identify risks and opportunities
* Coordinate pricing, promotions and product launches with internal stakeholders
* Prepare customer presentations and support account reviews
* Partner cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain and finance teams
About you
* Currently working as an Account Executive or Account Manager within FMCG, consumer electronics, appliances or retail-focused consumer goods
* Experience supporting or managing large retail customers (e.g. JB Hi-Fi, Harvey Norman, Officeworks, Big W, The Good Guys or similar)
* Strong commercial acumen with confidence analysing sales data and performance
* Highly organised, proactive and eager to step into greater account ownership
* Confident communicator who builds trust with customers and internal teams
