Sales Operations Manager | Ray White Systems Specialist
About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, process-oriented Sales Operations Manager to take the reins of our elite sales infrastructure. This isn't a \"start from scratch\" project; we are backed by the industry-leading Ray White systems, a sophisticated tech stack, and a high-performing team.

As a key member of our leadership support team, you will be the operational backbone of the sales department. Your mission is to ensure our sales engine performs at its peak, acting as the primary custodian of our data, lead flow, and proprietary tech. Your goal is to ensure our agents stay focused on what they do best - closing deals - while you handle the technical and procedural \"heavy lifting\" behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities
* Ray White System Custodianship: Take full ownership of our VaultRE and NurtureCloud environments, ensuring data integrity and leveraging the full power of Ray White’s automation.

* Lead Flow & Performance Tracking: Oversee the daily distribution of leads through NurtureCloud, ensuring our response times remain industry-leading and no opportunity is left cold.

* Reporting & Pulse Analytics: Run weekly and monthly sales reports via Ray White Pulse, providing the leadership team with clear visibility on conversion rates, pipeline health, and team KPIs.

* Sales Support & Troubleshooting: Act as the first point of contact for the sales team regarding any technical hurdles or process bottlenecks within our established workflows.

* Tech Stack Maintenance: Manage our existing suite of sales tools (e.g., Google Suite, MRI SecureSign, Monday.com) to ensure maximum uptime and team adoption.

* Compliance & Quality: Conduct regular audits of sales records and contracts to ensure all documentation meets our internal standards and Australian regulatory requirements.

What You’ll Bring to the Team
* Proven Sales Background: This role requires a deep understanding of the real estate sales process. You have prior experience in a sales-facing role and understand the high-pressure environment of a top-tier agency. You know that in sales, \"later\" is too late, and you bring that sense of urgency to every task.

* System Power User: You are a master of VaultRE and have a deep appreciation for the Ray White ecosystem (NurtureCloud, Pulse, etc.). You don’t just use the tools; you optimize them.

* Attention to Detail: You’re the type of person who notices a data entry error from a mile away and thrives on keeping a complex CRM \"clean.\"

* Reliability: You take pride in being the dependable backbone of the sales department, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks during the hand-over.

* Collaboration: You work effectively alongside other Department Heads to ensure the sales function remains aligned with the rest of the business.
