We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to support our People & Culture team ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for staff.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for blue-collar and white-collar staff
* Create and maintain a diverse talent pool by engaging with potential candidates
* Conduct site visits addressing employee concerns ensuring HR compliance
* Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
* Coordinate IT systems access
* Update IT and asset registers across sites
* Organize travel bookings and logistics
* Oversee office amenities
* Draft internal communications memos and social media content
* Coordinate employee awards and activities
* Provide administrative support to the People & Culture team
The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, ability to multitask, and excellent communication skills.
