* Assess, formulate, and review resident care plans to ensure optimal outcomes
* Deliver dementia support and care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
* Implement recommended care plans and behavior strategies to promote resident well-being
* Accurately record and communicate residents' conditions and needs
* Safely administer medications as prescribed
* Provide wound care services
* Support residents' physical, emotional, cultural, and social wellbeing through holistic care approaches
Flexible shifts available, including morning, afternoon, and night duty options
