Someone who's sales driven, loves being on the floor, not stuck in the office. You coach. You motivate. You get results through people.
You'll bring strong business acumen and sharp time management. You know how to balance pace, profit and people. You thrive in high‑foot‑traffic environments and stay calm when it’s busy. Because here, it’s always busy. Footwear experience is highly valued. Not essential. But definitely a plus.

Our Store Managers are champions of our people. They lead by example and inspire team members to achieve their best by providing outstanding customer experiences. To thrive here, you should ideally have:
* Retail management experience.
* A track record of leading by example and delivering top-tier customer service.
* A natural ability to motivate and inspire your team
* Confidence in managing a diverse range of personalities.
* Strong skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
* Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting.
