Job Title:
Senior Java Software Support Specialist
This is a key position in our team where you'll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools across cloud, microservices, event-driven systems, containers and real-time data in a large-scale production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Investigate complex production issues in Java-based systems and propose solutions
* Act as a liaison between engineering and support teams to ensure seamless communication
* Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve bugs
* Improve documentation and contribute to process enhancements for issue triaging
* Participate in on-call rotations and share learnings across the team
Requirements:
* Proven experience in Java application support and debugging
* Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP), containers, microservices & APIs
* Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, event streaming, and CI/CD tooling
* Familiarity with Site Reliability practices and performance monitoring tools
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset
