Employing north of 600 people locally and thousands more globally, they are on a rapid growth trajectory. After acquiring a group of smaller operations in the local market and undertaking a restructure of their marketing function, the business is now looking to bring in a senior marketing resource to work closely with the Marketing Director to deliver a significant programme of work. This will primarily involve consolidating a number of smaller brands into one to set up a best in class creative services division to set the business up to deliver continued growth.As Marketing Manager - Creative Services your role will be responsible for leading and managing social media, public relations content and offline marketing initiatives across the Australian and New Zealand region. Your role will play a critical part in building brand awareness, engaging target audiences, and supporting business growth through strategic content development and regional marketing execution. You will ensure that marketing works hand in glove with sales and branch operations and that sales teams have everything they need from a marketing standpoint to deliver the best outcome and service to customers.
