As a result of such growth, our client is seeking a highly motivated bookkeeper on a permanent basis to join their finance team, based in Rowville. The Responsibilities The duties of the role will consist of the following; however will not be limited to: Providing guidance and assistance to clients Reporting Invoice processing Supplier queries and concerns Reconciliations Processing low level payroll on a weekly basis end to end Issuing and generating invoices Credit applications Allocate and receipt payments Daily banking Debt collections The Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will posses the following attributes, however not exclusive to: Has worked in previous roles as a bookkeeper Has experience within Accounts Payable, Receivables and Payroll Has experience dealing with foreign currency in previous roles Ability to work within a team environment Clear written and verbal communication skills What's On Offer?
