About the Role As a Lifestyle Generalist, you’ll be the go-to expert for our members, helping them get the most out of life. You’ll handle a wide range of interesting and often complex requests across: Travel – planning bespoke itineraries and securing unique experiences Retail – sourcing exclusive products or hard-to-find items Entertainment – arranging restaurant bookings, event tickets, and unforgettable experiences Using your research skills, creativity, and excellent communication, you’ll deliver tailored solutions that exceed our members’ expectations – always within agreed timeframes. Requirements Native-level business English skills for communication with English-speaking members Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; calm and professional under pressure Able to work independently, multitask, and manage tight deadlines Detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to high customer service standards Strong administration and organizational skills Experience in luxury service, hospitality, travel, dining, or ticketing is a plus Remote role in Australia; 40-hour week with day/evening shifts, including weekends and public holidays This is a remote role based in Melbourne. The position is full-time, working 40 hours per week, with day shifts from Monday to Friday, either from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm or 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
