Our client is a well-known government organization who are seeking experienced and driven Guest Service Officers to join their well established team in this exciting 3-month contract opportunity based across Parramatta and Potts Hill

This role requires individuals who are competent go getters, passionate about improving business performance and providing quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

**The Job..**

Reporting through to the Team Leader, in this role you will be required to:

- Deliver top-notch guest services to business unit staff, ensuring customer satisfaction and efficiency.
- Ensure day-to-day coordination of guest services at manned sites, maintaining a high standard of customer care.
- Respond to all requests, calls, and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Welcome, sign in, and assist all visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Conduct regular floor and site inspections for safety, cleanliness, and compliance, reporting issues for resolution.
- Assist with the management of tenancy services, including meeting room bookings, setup, and pack-up coordination.
- Provide backup coverage for the car park as needed.
- Offer support in other general administration and logistics areas when required.
- Monitor and manage your workload to meet service standards and targets.
- Ensure full compliance with the Tenancy building code, fire safety, and emergency protocols.
- Monitor usage of the Knowledge Management Tool, identifying opportunities for content and tool improvement.

To be successful for this opportunity, you must have experience in the following areas and possess the below personal qualities:

- Must possess a Drivers Licence.
- Minimum 12 months experience working in a Facillities, Concierge or Guest Services position.
- Ability to work across a rotational roster between the hours of 6:30am and 5pm.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Aboriginal cultural beliefs would be advantageous.
- Ability to confidently work across multiple systems and databases.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisation skills and ability to stay focused in a high-volume environment.
