About the role
PANDA is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Systems Administrator (Data & Solutions) to help maintain and evolve our digital infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys trialling new technologies, solving problems, and building secure, reliable systems that support impactful mental health services. You’ll work across a diverse technical stack, contribute to digital uplift projects, and help drive innovation and resilience in a rapidly evolving environment.
I n this role, you’ll:
* Configure, maintain, and optimise systems that support PANDA’s core infrastructure
* Champion key platforms and promote best practices across the organisation
* Troubleshoot issues and support continuous improvement initiatives
* Monitor data flows and ensure accuracy, integrity, and security
* Implement backup, restoration, and business continuity procedures
* Support compliance with data privacy and cybersecurity standards
* Collaborate on AI-readiness and automation opportunities
* Assist with testing and integration of new tools and platforms
* Provide guidance and support to staff, fostering digital confidence
* Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing across teams
What we’re looking for
Essential:
* Hands-on experience configuring and supporting digital systems (e.g. CRM, LMS, CMS)
* Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and troubleshooting integrations
* Foundational understanding of database logic, field mapping, conditional logic, and automation
* Awareness of data security principles and compliance frameworks (Privacy Act, APPs)
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, self-directed approach to learning
* Alignment with PANDA’s values—digital inclusion, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Desirable:
* Experience in health services, helpline environments, or similar service delivery contexts
* Exposure to advanced form-building platforms and data integration tools
* Familiarity with Salesforce, Form Assembly, Microsoft workflow tools and/or Genesys telephony systems
* Formal qualifications in IT or certifications in cloud, cybersecurity, or data technologies
* Interest in emerging technologies, including AI, and their potential in service innovation

* Current National Police Check, Working With Children Check, and the right to work in Australia are required.
