Commercial Finance Manager – Bulk & Construction
Responsibilities
* Drive pricing, margin and profitability outcomes
* Lead commercial, costing and contract governance
* Partner with sales and operations to support growth
* Leading pricing and revenue management, including major contracts and tenders
* Driving cost optimisation and margin improvement in partnership with operations
* Supporting capital investment and transformation initiatives through business cases and ROI analysis
* Building strong cross‐functional partnerships to enable data‐driven decision‐making
* Leading and developing commercial capability and performance
Qualifications
* Strategic, commercially curious and outcomes‐focused mindset
* Resilience and comfort operating in complex, ambiguous environments
* Solid attention to detail balanced with an executive‐level commercial perspective
* Collaborative and credible approach, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
* Ethical, disciplined and governance‐focused decision‐making style
* Experience in logistics, warehousing, transport or other asset‐intensive environments
* Proven involvement in large‐scale change or transformation programs
* Exposure to enterprise data, reporting or pricing systems
* Commercial or accounting qualification required; CPA, CA or MBA highly regarded
