Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a background in operating a skidsteer loader and excavators, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces.
Someone who enjoys good banter, has a good attitude and benefits from being challenged.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate S450 skidsteer loader and E20 excavator
* Landscaping experience would be a bonus
* Assist with site preparation and clean‑up
* Ensure work is completed to a high standard
* Communicate effectively with team members
* Capable of working unsupervised
Requirements
* MR Licence
* Machine tickets
* Proven experience operating skidsteer and excavator
* Strong work ethic and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* White card and PPE
* Opportunity to work with a supportive and professional team
* An energetic and welcoming team environment
