At Barrier Reef Pools Group WA, we are dedicated to delivering world-class fibreglass swimming pools to families across Western Australia. We’re looking for a bright, organised, and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team and help keep our head office running smoothly while delivering top-notch customer service.
This is a 12-month maternity cover position, offering you the opportunity to develop your administrative skills, work closely with a fantastic team, and potentially grow your career within the business.
About the Role
* Located at our head office in Forrestdale
* Hours: 8:30am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday
* Work as an integral part of a fast-paced, dynamic team
* Focus on delivering exceptional customer service every day
Key Responsibilities
* Answer and divert phone calls through the main switchboard
* Set up and maintain customer information in our database
* Manage the administration inbox efficiently
* Coordinate incoming/outgoing mail and couriers
* Assist customers with enquiries in a friendly, professional manner
* Support team members to maintain productivity and smooth workflow
* Perform general administrative tasks with attention to detail
* Maintain stock control of office supplies for head office and display centers
* Keep customer master file system organised and up to date
