About the Role
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing administrative support during peak operational periods, including end-of-year processing
* Monitoring and managing internal and external correspondence within required timeframes
* Handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls and responding to enquiries
* Supporting service delivery within a KPI-driven environment
* Building and maintaining relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders
* Ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and effective service outcomes
* Preparing and maintaining accurate documentation, reports, and system records
* Updating and managing information systems, including Ellipse and Microsoft Office
* Contributing positively to team culture and supporting recurring administrative tasks
About You
You are an organised and proactive administration professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering high-quality support.
You will bring:
* Previous administration experience
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
