Key Responsibilities:

* Lead a multidisciplinary team of professionals to provide comprehensive clinical services

* Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction

* Provide supervision and mentorship to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge

* Maintain accurate records and reports to meet regulatory requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

\
* A mental health-related degree as a Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, or Mental Health Nurse, or a Mental Health Social Worker with related registration eligibility
\
* Experience leading a multidisciplinary team or extensive experience as a Senior Clinician providing clinical support to a team
\
* Knowledge and understanding of evidence-based interventions and clinical practice in mental health and alcohol and drug use
\
* Highly developed communication skills to engage with consumers, advocate on their behalf, and establish and maintain effective relationships with staff, clients, families, and stakeholders
\
* Demonstrated experience in managing clinical governance, supervision, and mentoring of staff, process development and monitoring, data capture, and reporting to meet key contractual benchmarks
\
* Eligibility to hold a Working With Children Clearance (WWCC) and NDIS worker screening
