About the Role
In this leadership role, you will:
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Centre(s), ensuring compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and financial targets
* Build meaningful, long-term relationships within the local community and with families
* Apply your marketing and business acumen to strategically increase service occupancy
* Mentor and support teams to Meet and Exceed the National Quality Standards
* Foster a positive, high-performance culture that reflects Affinity's values
About You
You will bring:
* A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
* Demonstrated experience as a Centre Manager or in a similar leadership role
* A current Working with Children Check
* Proven success in achieving occupancy, financial targets, and compliance standards
* Strong leadership skills with a commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement
