You will work with a diverse range of Defence and Federal Government projects, connecting with highly skilled professionals and helping them progress their careers.
Key Responsibilities
* Sourcing and engaging ICT and engineering candidates across a range of technical disciplines.
* Developing and maintaining a strong network of Defence-experienced and security-cleared professionals.
* Building trusted, long-term relationships with candidates in our talent community.
* Proactively identifying new channels to attract and engage technical talent.
* Growing your social media and industry presence to support your candidate network.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will have:
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* The ability to build rapport with a wide range of people.
* The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
* Curiosity about technology, engineering or Defence.
