What’s the gig?
Our Commercial Team is currently seeking motivated, energetic, and outgoing individuals to join us on a casual basis. The Theme Park Employee role offers a unique opportunity to work across commercial outlets, including Retail, Photographics, and Food and Beverage while also contributing to the delivery of world-class events. Successful applicants will receive training across these areas, gaining valuable, hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. Central to this role is the ability to consistently deliver exceptional guest service and contribute to the overall enjoyment of our parks.
What do we need from you?
Exceptional customer service and guest engagement skills Cash handling skills and EFTPOS processing experience Ability to work efficiently whilst under pressure Exceptional grooming and presentation standards Ability to work as part of a team whilst displaying a high level of initiative; and A Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate or willing to obtain one Candidates with experience in photography, back of house kitchen operations, or event coordination will be highly regarded.
This role involves manual handling and requires a high level of physical fitness. Flexibility is essential, as shifts are scheduled across a seven-day roster, including availability for weekends, evenings, and school holidays.
