As we continue to grow and strengthen our operations, we are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Chief Financial Officer to join our executive leadership team based in our Charlestown office.

The Opportunity
This is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing the financial health, compliance, and operational efficiency of the group.
The CFO will play a hands-on role in ensuring strong financial governance while also driving systems improvement, cost control, and sustainable financial performance across our multi-office operations.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all financial compliance and statutory obligations
* Lead annual budgeting and financial forecasting processes
* Manage and optimise the group's cashflow cycle
* Strengthen internal financial controls and governance frameworks
* Drive financial systems improvement and process efficiency
* Implement and monitor cost control initiatives across business units
* Oversee contract management and financial risk mitigation
* Provide timely and accurate reporting to the Managing Director and Board
* Partner with operational leaders to improve financial visibility and performance

About You
* Proven experience in a CFO, Finance Director, or senior financial leadership role
* Strong knowledge of financial compliance and regulatory obligations
* Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow management
* Experience improving financial systems and operational efficiency
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders
* Experience in professional services, consulting, engineering, or multi-entity businesses highly regarded
* CA or CPA qualification essential
